How privacy works
Privacy and data handling
Delivery Copilot operates inside ChatGPT. Coorva does not operate a separate external database or storage layer for conversations submitted through the Copilot and cannot view individual conversations between users and the Custom GPT.
Conversation storage, retention, and model-improvement settings are governed by the client’s ChatGPT plan, workspace configuration, and applicable OpenAI controls. Business use should follow the client organization’s approved ChatGPT workspace, security controls, and data-handling policies.
